Crossplay Games Finder

Choose your platforms and find games your whole squad can play together. We check platform pools, party size, accounts, subscriptions and version limits — not just a crossplay badge.

How crossplay matching actually works

Many games say “crossplay supported”, but the fine print matters: PC storefronts can be separate pools, console generations may not mix, and some games allow cross-platform matchmaking but not cross-platform friend invites. This tool models each game as a set of device groups that can genuinely share one lobby, then checks your whole party against a single group — so three players who are only pairwise compatible will not be shown as a match.

Every verified entry lists its official sources and the date it was last checked. Entries we have not finished verifying are shown separately as unverified, never as compatible.

Crossplay vs cross-progression

Crossplay means players on different platforms can play together. Cross-progression means your saves and unlocks follow you between platforms. A game can have one without the other — check each game card for what it actually supports, plus any required publisher account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need PS Plus or Game Pass Core to play online?

Usually yes for paid games on PlayStation and Xbox. Most free-to-play games are exempt, and Nintendo Switch Online has its own rules. We flag it on each result when a subscription applies to the platforms you picked.

Why does the same game support crossplay for some platforms but not others?

Publishers certify pools separately. PC storefronts (Steam vs Epic vs PC Game Pass) and console generations (PS4 vs PS5, Xbox One vs Series) are often different pools even within one game.

Can I trust a game marked “compatible with conditions”?

Yes — the conditions listed (publisher account, subscription, room code, settings toggle) are the only gates we verified. Once you satisfy them, the whole party can share a lobby.

What does “not yet verified” mean?

We have not finished checking official sources for that game. It is shown separately and never counted as playable. Unknown is never treated as compatible.
